Because we just experienced a light freeze in southeast Louisiana, it’s time to talk about cold protection for tropicals in our landscapes. Floral tape is green and will look more like a stem. Then you can take the end of the tape and attach it to anything, whether it's a card or the end of a pen. If your flower still seems like it's missing something, try wrapping a ribbon around the base. This also provides you another way to attach the flower to something without using the tape. How to Make a Paper Daisy
Use all different colors of tissue paper to create a group of beautiful flowers that you can sit anywhere in your home. You only need a few supplies to make this lovely paper flower wreath. You'll need some various colors of crepe paper and some floral wire.
With that in mind, it's important to try to make the vase as slick and polished as it can be. Giving yourself the extra time to make sure you're doing it right will be far less stressful than realizing you've made an error later down the road. Running through these steps once will result in one petal. You should have 3-5 petals for each flower you make. Don't worry-- this may sound like a lot of time and hard work, but they'll go by much faster once you get the smooth hang of it. In order to make proper flowers using paper, you'll first need to make squares of them.
